Eating Fresh, Eating Local - Lockdown Long Lunch
Today we enjoyed Creamy Mushrooms for lunch, having time to prepare and eat it with family. Having a hot lunch in the middle of the day reminded me of our time in France. Me and my girls cherished, lunchtimes, which could be 1 1/2 hours sometimes 2 hours long. At School the girls would be educated on the source of ingredients, the preparation of food and relax to enjoy it with their class mates Time in France
Eating in season and local is so important, now more than ever.
